A nylon cleat with a tooth design that offers a quick, positive lock that is easy to release. Works with line sizes 1/8" to 1/4" (3-6mm).

The side entry fairlead allows the cleat to be hooked onto the line, without threading the rope through an eye, making it ideal for applications where a quick set up is required.

The SD-002230 also makes it simple to hang fenders (see illustration below). It is easy to adjust so your fenders are always positioned correctly. The cleat stays on the rope so nothing gets lost. There are no moving parts and it fits all sizes of tube or wire.

Lines can be rigged 1:1 or 2:1 advantage. Other uses include covers, tents & canvas structures and radio masts.
