Any boat with a small cabin can get really stuffy when left closed. In damp areas, mold and fungus can even grow. This vent can mitigate that problem. It provides positive ventilation without outside power. The Photovoltaic cell generates plenty of electircity to power the fan which pulls fresh air through the cabin of the boat.
