Hi from Lower Alabama
Sometime back, about 2 years ago, I guess, we ordered
some pintles & gudgeons from you for use in making
our shutters for our house for hurricane season. At that
time, I promised pictures and I am now, finally getting
around to sending them.
They work perfectly for the shutters. They swing open/close
without a problem and they make it easy to remove them
should we need to repaint/clean the shutters...
Fortunately, we haven't had to use the shutters this year
but it is nice to know I can close up the house in a jiffy
should a storm arrive!
These are much more economical
than the standard shutter hardware. I think these cost
us about 1/3 to 1/2 of the price of "standard shutter
hardware" and the stainless was certainly a plus.
