RL-249-P - RL-249-S
This is a very robust base which can be used for blocks or as an attachment point for other items. Below is an example of two series 300 blocks used with the plate and spring.
In the image below, you can see how this base works. The base on the left is assembled - on the right are the three main parts: the Stainless steel plate, a Nylon pad and a Stainless eye.
The base has a diameter of about 2-1/2". The plate 1/8" thick and the pad is 1/4" thick. The eye is 1/4" dia rod bent into a "U" that is 1/2" wide and high inside. The spring is wound from 0.070" wire, is 2-1/2" tall with an ID of about 1".
