On page 17 of his excellent book "Lapstrake Canoes", David Nichols says: "The most basic [way to measure epoxy] is the 1 ounce cup. These little cups are inexpensive and can be reused with minimal care. Just wipe them out after each use and don't mix the resin cups with the hardener cups. I have built a good many boats using nothing but 1-ounce cups to measure th epoxy, and I always have a package of 100 around my shop for odd measuring jobs."
